People often see things differently, especially when they come from different countries and upbringings. That can lead to misunderstandings and poor performance. We understand cultural differences and seek to find effective ways of working together. 

  • Instructors are given exercises in how they can perform effective learning transfer.

  • Students are given exercises in how they can learn more effectively and the best approach to achieving their learning goals.

  • All participants that complete the 15 sessions will receive:

    • A comprehensive self-assessment report

    • A goals and progress steps workbook

    • At least 5 additional 1-hour sessions if required to support learning development/delivery and achievement of goals. This includes advice on dealing with unexpected issues.

    • The tools to teach more effectively and the motivational clarity to learn more successfully.
