What is Jobfit?

An interactive website that enables job seekers and employers to clarify what they offer and what they need, connect with each other, and commit to working together when they fit. Jobfit is a work platform that enables us to clarify and connect, to understand ourselves and others so that effective work relationships can be created.

Why create Jobfit?

• Job seekers often can’t express their unique self effectively via a text based CV or resume.

• Job Seekers frequently fail to get the right job for their skills and personality

• Employers are spending too much time looking through applications that are not relevant for the job they’ve posted.

• Employers frequently fail to get the right person for the job they have advertised.

• Employers often don’t clearly understand what they are offering and what/who they really want.

Research

There is a wealth of data and research that has been conducted on recruitment, selection and onboarding throughout the world. The majority of recruiters come from a marketing or sales background so this rich source of information is unlikely to factor into their decisions or processes. The Connex World team is fortunate to have a member who has studied these topics at a post graduate level and has a passion for reviewing research and data in this field, having developed over a decade an archive of over 500 articles and dozens of books.

Progress

The Connex World development team are completing the MVP version of Jobfit. Substantial progress has already been made and ongoing select user trials have highlighted a considerable number of further enhancements that demonstrate its exciting potential. Watch this space for further developments.
